What you will do

• Lead new channel and lead source enablement including evaluation, piloting, and scaling.
• Manage multi-channel marketing portfolio and improve execution standards.
• Partner with analytics and product teams to optimize targeting, segmentation, and decision systems.
• Establish experimentation frameworks and embed insights into execution.
• Manage demand forecasting, budget allocation, and performance diagnostics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States (remote position with Costa Mesa office).
• 10+ years experience in performance marketing or growth.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and launching new channels.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Minor travel required.
