What you will do

  • Lead the team's craft depth in paid acquisition (channel strategy, audience design, attribution) and lifecycle marketing (nurture, retention, expansion).
  • Design and execute end-to-end integrated programs to build pipeline across priority industries including Media, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Tech, and BFSI.
  • Identify and mobilize against revenue opportunities and competitive shifts using signals from the Pipeline Council.
  • Scale operational volume by briefing, reviewing, and retraining AI agents within an agentic workflow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peer Strategists, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the full funnel.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B enterprise marketing experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Deep specialization in paid media and lifecycle marketing with a proven track record of shifting retention and expansion metrics.
  • Must be based in North America.
  • Hands-on AI fluency: ability to use LLM-based tools and AI agents as core infrastructure in daily workflows.
  • Strong data fluency: ability to pull data, build custom views, and make decisions from imperfect inputs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Credible breadth across other integrated motions: content, digital, events, partners, and ABM.
  • Experience operating in high-speed environments that prioritize sprint cadences over fixed annual plans.
