TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Seattle, WA (Hybrid: 3+ days/week in-office)

Salary: $184,000–$230,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the Americas performance marketing strategy, owning channel mix and acquisition targets.
  • Build and evolve measurement frameworks, including attribution and media mix modeling.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of media buyers and marketing managers.
  • Partner with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to align growth architecture with company goals.
  • Champion AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to accelerate creative and performance analysis.
  • Translate performance signals into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing within tech, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven expertise managing large-scale, multi-million dollar media budgets.
  • Ability to work from the Seattle, WA headquarters at least 3 days per week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Advanced expertise in driving cross-functional alignment and strategic ownership.
