TL;DR

Director, Demand Generation (B2B SaaS): Owning the programs and pipeline that fuel growth with an accent on funnel optimization, lead forecasting, and multi-channel campaign execution. Focus on building the connective tissue between strategy and execution, diagnosing funnel gaps, and collaborating with Sales and Business Operations to drive revenue.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada

Compensation: $180,000 – $213,000 base salary + commission + equity

What you will do

  • Own top-of-funnel demand generation with a focus on MQLs and pipeline creation.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategy by identifying funnel gaps and deploying solutions.
  • Manage paid campaigns in collaboration with agency partners and pilot new channels.
  • Plan and execute field marketing programs, including conferences and executive events.
  • Build and maintain lead and MQL forecasting models to track performance.
  • Own campaign operations, including lead flow, routing logic, and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through paid programs and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical instincts with experience building forecasts and translating metrics into business narratives.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate quickly based on data.
