TL;DR

Director of Marketing (B2B SaaS): Owning the demand generation engine and multi-channel pipeline growth with an accent on AI-driven marketing systems and GTM strategy. Focus on architecting HubSpot infrastructure, optimizing lead scoring, and deploying AI automations to multiply team output.

Location: Remote eligible in specific US states (AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, ME, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA). This position is not eligible for visa transfer or sponsorship.

Base salary: $170,000–$180,000, plus bonus up to 25% and equity.

What you will do

  • Own and scale the multi-channel demand generation engine including paid media, email, events, content, partner channels, and SEO/AEO.
  • Define category-level marketing strategy, refine ICP targeting, messaging, and GTM approach.
  • Architect and maintain GTM systems such as HubSpot infrastructure, lead scoring, attribution models, and nurture workflows.
  • Deploy AI-driven marketing tools and automations to scale content production and outbound systems.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure campaigns and content are directly contributing to qualified pipeline and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of building qualified pipeline.
  • Strategic ability to develop positioning frameworks and GTM strategies.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate research, enrichment, and reporting workflows.
  • Deep fluency in HubSpot (or comparable MAP), including the ability to build lifecycle programs from scratch.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Must be based in one of the eligible US states.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Shopify or DTC e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, Zapier, Clay, or similar GTM tooling.
  • Background spanning both brand and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with programmatic SEO or content-led growth strategies.
