Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (3 days onsite in Poblenou office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Own pipeline generation from day one targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts in Spain.
- Develop and test outbound messaging and qualification criteria to build a repeatable sales playbook.
- Research target accounts and engage senior buyers in Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
- Support demos and collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Provide feedback from prospects to Product to help shape the platform.
- Assist with day-to-day sales tasks as the commercial team scales.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience as an SDR, preferably in early-stage startups.
- Experience with account based outbound sales targeting enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Ability to research accounts and engage senior decision makers credibly.
- Comfortable discussing compliance-heavy finance products and handling buyer pushback.
- Native or fully fluent Spanish required for the Spanish market.
- Proven track record of meeting pipeline generation targets.
