Compensation: USD 150,000 - 170,000 yearly

What you will do
- Own and manage technical relationships for 5-10 enterprise customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices, and architecture decisions.
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests to influence the product roadmap.
- Drive proactive adoption of product features by mapping them to business needs.
- Coordinate technical escalations with solution engineering, support, and product teams.
- Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar experience.
- 5+ years in enterprise e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting.
- Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce architectures (Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations).
- Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native).
- Strong skills in REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and reading architecture diagrams.
Nice to have
- Experience with platform migrations and pre-/post-sales consulting.
- Familiarity with SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus.
