Salary: $135,900 – $200,000

What you will do

• Lead procurement strategy and transformation engagements to drive value across cost, risk, and performance.
• Advise senior executives on sourcing, category management, and operating models using GenAI-driven insights.
• Design future-state procurement organizations leveraging automation, analytics, and agentic workflows.
• Translate complex spend and supplier data into executive-ready recommendations.
• Shape client solutions and proposals, articulating the business impact of AI-enabled procurement.
• Manage and mentor consulting teams to build analytical rigor and executive presence.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain consulting practice.
• Proven expertise in procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, and operating model design.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics to procurement outcomes.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing consulting teams.
• Strong executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Exposure to adjacent supply chain areas like planning, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with agentic decision support or intelligent automation.
• Industry depth in Industrial, Automotive, Consumer Products, or Life Sciences.
