What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers throughout the buying journey.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and orchestrate non-engineering hackathons.
- Articulate the value proposition of AI-powered software creation to align with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and successful delivery.
- Prepare tailored quotes and negotiate enterprise-level deals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting data in Hubspot and foster relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan.
- Experience in AE or technical sales, preferably in SaaS or developer tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and coding knowledge.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools like Hubspot.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with or strong interest in AI and machine learning.
- Active Replit user.
- Background in an early-stage startup.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
