What you will do
- Lead the portfolio of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Partner with executive leadership to assess organizational capacity and balance risk, impact, and resources.
- Drive execution of complex programs including product, technology, AI transformation, and M&A integrations.
- Develop and standardize CPMO methodologies, operating rhythms, and reporting best practices.
- Coach and develop a team of program management professionals to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or enterprise portfolios.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in enterprise PMO functions, including governance and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale product, technology, and AI transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Experience supporting public company operating models and governance processes.
