What you will do

• Lead the portfolio of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with executive leadership to assess organizational capacity and balance risk, impact, and resources.
• Drive execution of complex programs including product, technology, AI transformation, and M&A integrations.
• Develop and standardize CPMO methodologies, operating rhythms, and reporting best practices.
• Coach and develop a team of program management professionals to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or enterprise portfolios.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in enterprise PMO functions, including governance and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale product, technology, and AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Experience supporting public company operating models and governance processes.
