Salary: $131,000 - $149,400

What you will do

• Design and launch processes for engaging overlay sales teams, including entry criteria and escalation paths.
• Define and maintain rules of engagement across incubation and field teams to ensure clear ownership.
• Partner with GMs to build dashboards and reporting that track incubation performance and operational health.
• Own capacity tracking to provide visibility into coverage, utilization, and potential bottlenecks.
• Develop field-facing communications and source-of-truth documentation for incubation motions.
• Surface operational risks and drive practical fixes to improve execution without creating overhead.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or GTM operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to build processes, cadences, and reporting in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and standing up dashboards.
• Excellent program management skills to drive multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to influence without authority across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Must be based in Chicago and able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
