What you will do

• Lead the enterprise technology investment portfolio, driving prioritization, governance, and resource allocation decisions.
• Oversee demand intake, project evaluation, and portfolio governance processes.
• Deliver strategic insights and predictive analysis to executive stakeholders to inform enterprise decision-making.
• Establish value realization frameworks and performance metrics to ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Modernize portfolio management practices by leveraging AI-enabled tools and advanced planning capabilities.
• Mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise PMO functions within large-scale global organizations.
• Strong ability to influence executive decision-making and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in portfolio management, project governance, and PMO best practices.
• Demonstrated success in building governance models and performance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced business degree.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with cloud technologies, digital transformation, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience implementing AI-driven portfolio analytics or workflow orchestration at scale.
