What you will do

• Establish technical platform configuration playbooks for User Lifecycle Management, multi-tenancy, branding, and transaction journeys.
• Standardize integration testing and QA gateways to create a predictable, repeatable launch verification framework.
• Revamp launch readiness and hypercare frameworks, including Go/No-Go templates and post-launch escalation procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement by mapping cross-functional integration workflows to identify systemic product bottlenecks.
• Translate complex technical dependencies and business processes into clear executive documentation and trackers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager in enterprise software, SaaS, or complex product-led environments.
• Proven track record of designing structured program frameworks and repeatable runbooks from the ground up.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• B.S. degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent professional experience.
