What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic portfolio plans across the Risk Management division, managing end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs.
• Build operating frameworks and deploy AI tooling to reduce manual workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Own third-party vendor relationships, from selection and contract negotiation to performance evaluation and budget oversight.
• Drive prioritization and alignment across risk initiatives by communicating objectives and resource plans to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts and portfolio managers through coaching and structured feedback.
• Oversee governance processes to ensure programs are tracked and adjusted based on performance data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in risk management, portfolio analytics, or program management within financial services or fintech.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with ownership over scope, timelines, and budget.
• Hands-on experience managing third-party vendor relationships and ROI tracking.
• Strong working knowledge of payment products and risk principles across credit, fraud, and reputational risk domains.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating or deploying AI and automation tooling within risk or operations functions.
• Foundational proficiency in SQL or another programming language for portfolio analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
