What you will do

• Own the affiliate program strategy, managing agency relationships and ensuring execution aligns with business KPIs.
• Source and evaluate new partnership opportunities across emerging categories like employer benefits and co-branded integrations.
• Monitor program quality and compliance, escalating issues through legal and operational channels as needed.
• Partner with analytics and data engineering to maintain and improve attribution accuracy and performance measurement.
• Manage influencer channel operations, including contract renewals, scope negotiations, and paid amplification workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate affiliate channels with influencer, paid social, and brand partnership programs.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of marketing experience with deep expertise in affiliate and performance-focused environments.
• Deep platform fluency, with strong preference for Impact experience and knowledge of tracking/attribution mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to build programs from the ground up and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring agreements that deliver mutual value.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for this role.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and their application in affiliate optimization.
