Distributed Ledger Technology Product Manager - Assistant Vice President / Vice President (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office attendance Monday–Thursday with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 annually, depending on level

What you will do

• Lead product initiatives from ideation through delivery and timely execution.
• Define the strategic roadmap for product data models and APIs with business stakeholders.
• Manage client integrations and oversee implementation quality across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering leads to maintain API performance and client connectivity at scale.
• Present strategic initiatives to executive management, resolve resource allocation issues, and manage priorities.
• Mentor team members and lead cross-functional execution in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience managing technical teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong technical background with the ability to design and implement strategic API functionality at scale.
• Required experience in data analysis, including SQL and API integrations.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with executive management and clients.
• Experience in finance or fintech, particularly alternative investments, is preferred; data engineering and quantitative science experience is also preferred.
