What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for backend services, account opening, and onboarding solutions.

• Translate complex system architecture and API requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
• Manage product lifecycles, including vendor relationships and compliance requirements.
• Champion end-user experience while balancing technical debt and architectural transformation.
• Influence cross-departmental stakeholders to align product delivery with company strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Proven experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate technical discussions about APIs, database schemas, and frameworks into requirements.
