What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering teams to define and execute the roadmap for global website enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, legal, and technology to ensure unified digital experiences.
• Define and track KPIs related to platform health, user engagement, and conversion.
• Establish and oversee a robust governance framework to ensure digital experiences meet legal and brand standards.
• Proactively identify technical risks and implement automated workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Act as a key stakeholder in engineering sprints to prioritize backlogs and align development with digital strategy.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or digital engineering.
• Proven track record of managing complex digital platforms within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of the development life cycle, CMS architecture, and API integrations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence leadership.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
