Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

• Own and evolve product operating processes, governance, and best practices.
• Partner with Product leaders to support roadmap planning, dependency management, and prioritization.
• Establish and maintain product delivery metrics, reporting, and executive readouts.
• Optimize cross-team coordination and communication.
• Manage and mentor Product Operations team members.
• Ensure consistent adoption of product tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile product delivery frameworks.
• Experience supporting multiple product teams in parallel.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be located in Salt Lake City, UT.
