AI Solutions Program Manager

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America; relocation available. Travel: 25%.

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Deliver complete printer solutions combining hardware, software, and customer experience for product launches.
• Define solution roadmaps, product experiences, hardware requirements, validation plans, and product MVPs.
• Define product solutions and features with marketing teams and groom new or improved features to clarify flows and dependencies.
• Develop integration plans with design, development, and testing partners.
• Manage integration delivery with technical project and program managers across agile and waterfall schedules.
• Drive solution checkpoints, risk management, change requests, and coaching for team members.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools, people management, or a related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban principles, sprint planning, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of product management, software development, new product development, automation, and lean manufacturing.
• Experience with JIRA, risk management, change management, process improvement, and project planning.
