TL;DR
Partnerships Associate (HR Tech): Identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue and platform value for the hourly workforce market with an accent on GTM strategy and co-sell motions. Focus on building revenue-generating partner channels and executing sales enablement for partner teams.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco. Office attendance required 4-5 times per week.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close new strategic partnership agreements.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, including technical enablement, training, and GTM strategy alignment.
- Drive revenue by managing co-sell motions with partners and tracking pipeline in collaboration with Sales teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create joint value propositions and co-branded materials.
- Host training and sales enablement sessions to equip partner sales teams to sell 's solutions.
- Define and report on key partnership metrics, including influenced revenue and deal registration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Partnerships.
- 1-3 years of direct experience building and managing revenue-generating partner channels.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, specifically co-sell and referral models.
- Proven ability to structure complex deals and negotiate strategic terms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
