Salary: $192,000 - $264,000

What you will do

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of GTM analysts, strategy managers, and operations professionals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop commercialization strategies for new product launches.
  • Translate corporate growth goals into actionable commercial playbooks and lead annual/quarterly planning cycles.
  • Design advanced analytical models to evaluate growth scenarios and optimize resource allocation.
  • Own the GTM data foundation and define business requirements for BI and Data Engineering to create executive dashboards.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and optimize ARR and NRR growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hiring and leading high-performing analytics or strategy teams at scale.
  • Advanced expertise in CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL (Python/R is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, demand generation funnels, and financial modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Data Science; MBA is highly preferred.
