What you will do
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to GTM leadership, shaping questions and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Deliver high-impact analyses and dashboards that address critical business challenges and inform executive decision-making.
- Define, govern, and track GTM KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals and evolve them as business needs change.
- Write optimized SQL queries, build dbt models, and manage version control using Git.
- Design, develop, and own dashboards in Salesforce and Looker, highlighting leading indicators and opportunities.
- Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data solutions and onboard new data sources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions within a SaaS or GTM environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries and building data models using dbt.
- Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise with visualization tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with revenue technology (revtech) software such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or 6sense.
- Strong foundation in statistics and probability concepts, with experience applying forecasting, predictive modeling, or operational optimization techniques to revenue analytics.
