What you will do

  • Build and manage a field sales team focused on engaged accounts and existing customer growth.
  • Drive expansion, retention, and adoption across customer accounts within assigned territories.
  • Exceed team revenue goals through disciplined inspection, coaching, and execution.
  • Scale integrated go-to-market motions across sales, Solutions Architects, product, and support teams.
  • Run operating cadences including forecast calls, pipeline inspection, and leadership reviews.
  • Own talent strategy, including hiring, performance management, and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading sales or account teams.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
  • Experience leading teams in cloud, infrastructure, or complex technical SaaS environments.
  • Strong operating discipline in Salesforce and account ownership governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing territory-based account teams across distributed geographies.
  • Experience building repeatable operating rhythms in fast-growth environments.
