TL;DR

Location: San Francisco (Onsite)

Compensation: $240,000 – $252,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Directors focused on strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Define and execute the GTM strategy, including territory design, account prioritization, and executive engagement.
  • Coach sellers through complex sales cycles involving C-suite stakeholders, engineering leaders, and procurement.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and account planning to ensure consumption growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal to land and expand enterprise AI deployments.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise sales or GTM leadership experience, specifically with technology or digital-native accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing complex buying motions involving technical, security, and executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, platform technologies, AI/ML concepts, and consumption-based commercial models.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement operational rigor in forecasting, deal inspection, and performance management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco.

  • Experience selling infrastructure, developer platforms, or data/ML solutions.
  • Background in helping high-growth segments mature into enterprise-grade account strategies.
  • Exposure to fintech, consumer internet, or modern SaaS environments.
