What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and self-development.
- Coach AMs on territory planning, pipeline generation, and prioritizing research, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Train the team to conduct strong discovery calls and articulate value propositions to senior executives.
- Manage deal momentum and identify risks using the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Forecast deals and team attainment using a standardized forecast methodology.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants and technical resources to build ROI-driven business cases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading sales teams with a track record of achieving targets in existing-customer growth.
- Proven experience in a closing role prior to leadership.
- Experience managing renewals and solution sales involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, .io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and/or 6sense.
- Ability to develop business cases and ROI documentation.
- Must be based in the United States.
