What you will do

• Lead R&D and GTM FP&A functions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to influence key business decisions.
• Develop and improve processes for defining the business impact of investments, linking them to operational objectives and financial targets.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Build robust operational and financial models to quantify ROI and trade-offs between growth and profitability.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics across R&D and GTM functions.
• Mentor finance team members and spearhead the integration of AI-based tools to streamline forecasting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA, CFA, or CA strongly preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy at a high-growth tech company.
• At least 5+ years of leadership and management experience.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models and metrics.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, and BI tools.
• Proven experience interfacing with executive teams, board members, and investors.
