What you will do

• Own revenue reporting for the Agriculture business, analyzing actuals against budget and communicating drivers to the CFO.
• Monitor operating costs, prepare monthly variance reports, and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes using bottom-up planning.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and investment.
• Define and track KPIs and leading indicators via dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for executive visibility.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within technology or data/information services.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close reporting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or equivalent.
