Salary: $235,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Review and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Serve as a solutions-oriented partner to Sales, Product, and Security teams.
• Design, update, and enforce policies and controls for the contracting process.
• Establish working norms and legal infrastructure to support hypergrowth.
• Translate complex legal risks into actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified attorney with 4–8+ years of legal experience, including top-tier law firm or in-house roles.
• Deep experience drafting and closing commercial SaaS agreements.
• Fluency in legal frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
• Experience with security concepts, AI governance, and intellectual property.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• In-house experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience with CLM tools and Salesforce integrations.
• Background in negotiating AI terms and highly-regulated customer contracts (Fintech, Healthcare, SLED/FED).
• Experience building legal playbooks and approval workflows.
