Location: Must be based in or near Chicago, IL

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct efficient, tailored product demos for prospective business owners.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to share market insights and refine product messaging.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development, or account executive roles.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in high-velocity environments.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly when engaging with small business owners.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or payments.
  • Exposure to beauty, wellness, or local services industries.
