Location: Must be based in or near Chicago, IL
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Conduct efficient, tailored product demos for prospective business owners.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to share market insights and refine product messaging.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development, or account executive roles.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in high-velocity environments.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when engaging with small business owners.
- Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
