TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of up to 150 accounts to drive retention and revenue growth with an accent on relationship building and quota attainment. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, managing the full renewal cycle, and conducting strategic business reviews.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US, preferably in the EST/CST time zone)

Salary: $80,000 Annually USD

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of up to 150 accounts, driving retention, expansion, and achieving defined upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities within the existing client base through consultative selling and solution positioning.
  • Manage the full end-to-end renewal cycle, including forecasting, negotiation, and timely closing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trust across multiple organizational levels.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and deliver Business Reviews that demonstrate measurable value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Training, Marketing, Services, and Product teams to ensure client adoption.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, sales, or a client-facing revenue role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to manage a large account portfolio (100+ accounts) while maintaining high engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States.
