Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (On-site role).
Compensation: $120k–$200k OTE + Equity.

A YC-backed AI startup building autonomous agents to modernize sales and operations for equipment dealers and rental companies.
What you will do
- Execute full-cycle sales from cold outbound to closing without SDR support.
- Build and document the initial sales playbook for the organization.
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with equipment dealers.
- Travel 1–2 times per month to trade shows and customer sites.
- Provide market feedback to the founding team to influence product direction.
- Manage the CRM pipeline and maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience as a BDR, SDR, or early AE.
- Proven track record of selling to "Middle America" operators (e.g., construction, manufacturing, or local services).
- Ability to demonstrate specific sales metrics and performance data.
- Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- High agency and ability to thrive in an unstructured, early-stage environment.
