What you will do

• Develop automation for deployment, packaging, and monitoring to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to influence software architecture and ensure system scalability.
• Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting of service bottlenecks across the full stack.
• Monitor and analyze system health, availability, and latency using industry-standard observability tools.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex production incidents in SaaS/IaaS environments.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and security protocols for cloud-based infrastructure.

Requirements

• Active US Security Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience in scripting and infrastructure automation (PowerShell, Python, Go, or Ruby).
• Deep knowledge of Containers, Kubernetes, and distributed systems design patterns.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Ability to lead a scrum team and manage product backlogs.
• Must be available for on-call rotations and flexible hours.
