Manager, Leadership Development, Learning & Organizational Effectiveness (AI)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas, United States; hybrid with designated in-office days. Day shift. 5–10% travel required.

What you will do

• Shape and execute enterprise learning and leadership development strategy, architecture, and operating models.
• Design and deliver development experiences for first-time managers, experienced leaders, and senior leaders.
• Own engagement and listening initiatives, including surveys, pulse listening, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
• Translate engagement, culture, and organizational health data into insights, risks, and prioritized actions.
• Design organizational development approaches that improve team effectiveness, decision clarity, accountability, and execution.
• Own learning, engagement, and organizational development tools while applying analytics and AI-enabled solutions responsibly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leadership development, organizational learning, organizational development, and learning methodologies.
• Experience with employee surveys, engagement measurement, facilitation, data analysis, and effective presentations.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders and deliver executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Farmers Branch, Texas, and travel 5–10%.
