Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Bethesda, Maryland, United States

Annual salary: $109,675–$172,200

What you will do

• Support assigned internal client groups and partner with senior HR business partners to deliver talent outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Lead project management and execution for organization-specific and company-wide HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to solve problems and deliver an integrated HR experience.
• Own HR data and analytics reporting, providing insights for senior-leader decision-making.
• Advise on HR policies, processes, practices, change management, communication, and employee engagement.
• Promote inclusion and develop solutions that incorporate diverse perspectives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience; 2+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources Management.
• Experience across HR functions, with a strong focus on compensation, performance management, talent development, and human capital analytics.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, succession and talent development, culture and engagement, or diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strong communication, analytical, judgment, independent-thinking, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, PowerPoint, or other presentation software, plus experience using data to support business decisions.

• Experience in insurance or another industry with critical operational functions and a strong customer-experience focus.
