What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness and wellness business partnerships within the assigned territory.
- Execute a field-first strategy by visiting merchants daily and attending local community events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to final negotiation and contract closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
- Track all activity, performance metrics, and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Identify and capitalize on untapped local market opportunities to drive network growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales capabilities.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and multi-night regional travel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
