TL;DR

Location: Must be within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE, USA. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week.

Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $80,000–$100,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Junior Colleges.
  • Conduct high-volume calls and online demos to demonstrate product value.
  • Collaborate with commissioners, athletic directors, and coaches to identify their needs.
  • Manage relationships across multiple sports verticals to ensure consistent growth.
  • Travel occasionally to visit your territory and engage with prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Must be based within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Self-motivated mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling SaaS products.
  • Background as an athlete, coach, or sports administrator.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
