Location: Must be based close to a major airport in the United States; role requires 70–80% national travel.

Salary: $60,000 – $81,000 base

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in assigned territories to grow the merchant network.
  • Conduct daily on-site visits, attend local events, and nurture community relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and track performance metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience and strong inside sales skills.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be comfortable with an on-the-road lifestyle (70–80% national travel).
