Salary: $60,000 – $81,000 base

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in assigned territories to grow the merchant network.
- Conduct daily on-site visits, attend local events, and nurture community relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
- Identify untapped market opportunities and track performance metrics in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience and strong inside sales skills.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
- Strong B2B negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be comfortable with an on-the-road lifestyle (70–80% national travel).
