What you will do

• Generate and track sales and purchase orders according to allocation plans.
• Coordinate global logistics, including supplier communication and customs clearance.
• Manage hardware replacement processes and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure accurate reflection of hardware costs and serial numbers in SAP and tracking tools.
• Execute weekly shipment communications and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and document process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP and procurement/order management systems.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, global shipping, and customs clearance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.
• Role requires on-site presence in Guadalajara.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware or technology supply chain coordination.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
