What you will do

• Lead the supplier onboarding process for SAP HANA and TCP deployment within the region.
• Conduct supplier analysis and segmentation to facilitate effective communication and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and IT partners within a global project team.
• Manage data preparation, validation, and reporting to track onboarding progress and compliance.
• Execute onboarding strategies, including project planning and go-live coordination.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of newly implemented internal processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with SAP R3 / S4 materials management (MM) module or cross-functional processes.
• Proven ability to solve problems and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior-level management and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery.
• Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico
