What you will do

• Coordinate daily warehousing, order preparation, and outbound shipments with US-based logistics operators.
• Manage import/export documentation and customs flows for the US market.
• Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics issues, including shortages, delays, and carrier incidents.
• Collaborate with the HQ Supply team to manage international inbounds.
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase logistics efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in international logistics with hands-on US distribution experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Practical knowledge of US foreign trade regulations, incoterms, and customs flows.
• Experience working with WMS/TMS and operational data analysis.
• Ability to travel occasionally to the US.
• Strong operational agility and ability to work under pressure.

• Proven ability to manage multiple warehouses simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of parcel vs LTL dynamics in the US market.
• Experience working across time zones with distributed teams.
