What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers to meet business requirements.
• Implement supplier performance measurement systems and manage KPIs like OTD and quality.
• Lead corrective action initiatives and supplier recovery plans when performance targets are missed.
• Coordinate supplier involvement in new product development and launch phases.
• Drive material cost improvements through value analysis and value engineering.
• Assess supplier-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement.
• Proven experience with supplier audits, negotiations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency required for effective communication.
• Experience in furniture or high-mix manufacturing environments is preferred.
