What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end pricing solutions for air freight customers.
• Procure rates from a network of vendors and maintain accurate cost and sell databases.
• Triage and resolve pricing requests, issues, and escalations from account management and sales teams.
• Follow up on spot pricing submissions to drive conversion and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Monitor and support regional air freight operations to ensure high service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS degree and 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong analytical background with experience in tools like Excel and Looker.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, procurement, and industry technology.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
