What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their security investments.
- Manage the full contract renewal cycle, including negotiations and contract changes to ensure ARR growth.
- Identify whitespace within accounts to promote upgrades and cross-sell additional solutions from the portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success and Managed Services to address customer needs and escalations.
- Provide feedback to Product Management regarding feature requests and enhancements based on customer insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full sales cycle account management or net new logo sales, specifically targeting technical audiences.
- Strong ability to manage discovery, handle objections, and execute multi-faceted sales strategies.
- Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Sandler.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Must be based in the Philippines.

- Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Background in SaaS sales.
- Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Sandler.
