What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their security investments.
  • Manage the full contract renewal cycle, including negotiations and contract changes to ensure ARR growth.
  • Identify whitespace within accounts to promote upgrades and cross-sell additional solutions from the portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success and Managed Services to address customer needs and escalations.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management regarding feature requests and enhancements based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full sales cycle account management or net new logo sales, specifically targeting technical audiences.
  • Strong ability to manage discovery, handle objections, and execute multi-faceted sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Sandler.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Background in SaaS sales.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Sandler.
