What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global Ethernet and IPU products to accelerate customer design cycles.
• Perform board/platform bring-up, validation, and debug for IPU hardware across all development phases.
• Develop tools and software to improve debug efficiency and product performance.
• Create technical documentation, including application notes and white papers, for customer adoption.
• Analyze customer design data to provide actionable feedback to engineering and planning teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product health and support product ramps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware design, board-level debugging, bring-up, and testing on hirify.global or ARM architectures.
• 2+ years of experience with modern computer networking architectures and protocols.
• Proficiency in lab environments using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Experience with schematics, layout files, and programming/scripting (e.g., Python).
• Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in system-level server or network debugging across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Knowledge of Ethernet ecosystems for Enterprise and Data Centers.
• Understanding of system design tradeoffs for high-performance NIC integration.
