TL;DR

Focus on resolving complex hardware, firmware, and networking issues at customer sites across the Eastern United States.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA, with travel required throughout the Eastern United States and internationally.

What you will do

• Act as the primary hardware support contact for assigned customer sites.
• Install, configure, and reconfigure complex emulation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, firmware, Linux/Unix, and networking issues.
• Proactively identify system risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate replacement parts and schedule maintenance with customers.
• Document service activities and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• BS degree with 4+ years of experience or MS degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Proven hardware and software troubleshooting experience.

Nice to have

• Board- or system-level debug and repair experience.
• Hands-on experience with liquid-cooled systems.
• Linux shell proficiency (grep, sed, awk, find, etc.).
• Scripting experience (Python, Perl, Bash).
• Networking experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
