Professional Services Technical Architect

TL;DR

Professional Services Technical Architect (DevSecOps): Lead technical direction of customer engagements from early scoping and discovery through delivery, designing reference architectures and implementation plans for hirify.global infrastructure and functionality. Focus on scalability and security/compliance trade-offs, deploying and configuring hirify.global across on-premises and major cloud providers with infrastructure as code, and executing source system migrations to hirify.global while coordinating delivery across partners and customer stakeholders.

What you will do

• Design and deliver hirify.global reference architecture implementations for self-managed and cloud environments using infrastructure as code.
• Lead source code management and CI/CD migrations to hirify.global, including large-scale enterprise moves using Congregate.
• Build repeatable delivery kits, documentation, and enablement materials to help Professional Services and partners deploy and adopt hirify.global best practices.
• Own the full technical delivery lifecycle for Professional Services engagements, from scoping and technical discovery through implementation and handoff.
• Evaluate and communicate scalability and security considerations, including compliance constraints, for proposed reference architectures.
• Deploy and configure hirify.global in customer environments (on-premises and major cloud providers) using Terraform, Ansible, and the hirify.global Environment Toolkit (GET), and provide DevOps/DevSecOps consulting and best-practice guidance.

Requirements

• Experience delivering two or more consulting services: source code management migration, cloud architecture, DevOps engineering, or CI/CD consulting.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in cloud providers and on-premises environments using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience performing migrations to hirify.global, including using Congregate or similar migration tooling.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable automation/integration code (e.g., Terraform modules, Ansible roles, scripts) and validate changes with appropriate testing and code review.
• Comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment with documented decisions (issues, proposals, runbooks) across time zones.
• Location: Remote work with eligibility for the United States (base salary range applies to US residents).
