What you will do

• Define and evolve the creative design strategy to differentiate the brand in the fintech and crypto space.
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of brand and motion designers.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of campaigns, product launches, and brand activations across all channels.
• Build and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual and verbal alignment.
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative output with business objectives.
• Use performance data and user insights to refine creative strategies and maximize impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand design leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-channel design expertise.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing creative teams.
• Deep expertise across visual, brand, and motion design disciplines.
