What you will do

• Drive innovation by solving undefined technical and operational challenges for public sector customers.
• Leverage technical expertise to create or improve solutions from scratch.
• Use data and analytics to align internal resources and build tools that add direct customer value.
• Transition AI/ML technologies into working products for unique government use cases.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver AI systems in computer vision and generative AI domains.
• Manage long-term customer health and identify risks to ensure repeatable success.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required (Full Scope Polygraph is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
• Technical background in CS, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Deep understanding of ML operations processes.
• Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem-solving.
• Ability to be forward deployed and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical program management.
• Prior experience at an API technology company.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL.
