Salary: $200,000 – $248,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop a portfolio view of program scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives to increase technical team productivity.
• Identify technical dependencies and align stakeholders on release planning and risk mitigation.
• Manage effective communications regarding key decisions, status, and risks to leadership.
• Define success criteria and drive process improvements with a focus on simplification.
• Partner with developer teams to enforce high-quality internal documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 7 years as a Technical Program Manager.
• Must be based in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and drive complex initiatives to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with task management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.

• Experience developing or working directly on large-scale ML/AI platforms.
• Experience with feature development of AI-powered product experiences.
